🛒 Orders & Purchasing
How do I place an order?
Browse any product, select your options, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to your cart and click Checkout. You'll enter your shipping address and payment details to complete the order. You'll receive a confirmation email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. Contact us immediately at support@pricelows.com or via chat. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, we cannot make changes.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and access your order history more easily.
Can I order by phone?
We do not offer live phone ordering. All orders are placed online at pricelows.com. For support, you can text us at +1 (949) 259-5481 or email support@pricelows.com. All customer interactions are documented in writing.
I placed an order but didn't get a confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, the email address entered at checkout may have a typo. Contact us at support@pricelows.com with your name and approximate order date and we'll locate your order.
Can I order in bulk or wholesale?
We do not currently offer a formal wholesale program, but we're happy to discuss bulk orders on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to support@pricelows.com with the products and quantities you're interested in.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to payment issues, suspected fraud, inventory going out of stock after purchase, or shipping restrictions to your region. If your order was cancelled, you'll receive a cancellation email and any applicable refund will be issued promptly.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Some regions may be excluded due to carrier limitations or customs restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by product and destination. Most domestic US orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some items ship from multiple warehouses or distribution partners, which may affect timing. Larger items may take an additional 2 to 3 weeks because they are shipped freight (truck) rather than air. Peak Season times may be different.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are generally FREE. Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii and select other smaller markets may have additional costs. Any additional fees will be visible before checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to view order status. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your email.
My tracking number isn't showing any updates — is that normal?
Yes, this is common. Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to update after a label is created. If there's been no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@pricelows.com and we'll investigate.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
First, check around your property, with neighbors, and at any secure mailroom or parcel locker. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We are not responsible for porch pirates. You may always purchase the extra shipping insurance we offer in your cart.
Do you offer expedited or express shipping?
Expedited shipping options may be available depending on the product and your location. If offered, they will appear at checkout. Not all products or destinations support express delivery.
Can I ship to a PO Box or military APO/FPO address?
Most products can not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We honor and support our military families — thank you for your service.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us at support@pricelows.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Will my order ship in one package?
Not always. Orders with multiple items may ship from different warehouses or suppliers and arrive in separate packages at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Do you ship internationally? What about customs and duties?
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country only if the order page expressly states it. Delivery times for international orders vary widely.

Emails that do not include an Order Number in the subject line will be treated as spam and will not receive a response. This is not optional. Your Order Number is in your original order confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Some items — such as opened hygiene products, custom/personalized items, and digital downloads — are non-returnable. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@pricelows.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll provide return instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels as a standard practice. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. Contact us at support@pricelows.com and we'll help guide you through the process.
What if I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize. Email us at support@pricelows.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice — at no additional cost to you.
I'm an EU customer — what are my withdrawal rights?
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order — no reason required. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. See our full Right of Withdrawal page for the required information to include in your request.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following are generally non-returnable:
- Opened hygiene or personal care products
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads once access has been granted
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging
💳 Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. Accepted methods may vary by region.
Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site?
Yes. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments — a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines are usually handled by your bank or card issuer, not by us. Common reasons include: incorrect card details, insufficient funds, billing address mismatch, or your bank flagging an unfamiliar transaction. Try a different card or contact your bank. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address. The applicable tax amount will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Do you offer payment plans or buy now, pay later?
Buy now, pay later options such as Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout depending on your order total and eligibility. Look for installment options on the product page or at checkout.
Will I be charged in USD?
Our base currency is USD. International customers may see prices displayed in their local currency, but the final charge may be processed in USD depending on your payment method. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee — check with your card issuer.
I was charged but my order didn't go through — what happened?
This is usually a temporary authorization hold that will be released automatically within 3–5 business days. If the charge appears as a completed transaction and you have no order confirmation, contact us immediately at support@pricelows.com with your name and the charge amount.

How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, look for the Discount code field and enter your code, then click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete payment. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
My discount code isn't working — what should I do?
Check that the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive), that it hasn't expired, and that your cart meets any minimum requirements. Some codes are limited to specific products or collections. If it still doesn't work, contact us at support@pricelows.com.
Do you offer discounts for military, first responders, or teachers?
Yes! PriceLows™ is proud to offer exclusive verified savings through GovX ID for veterans, active military, military families, firefighters, law enforcement, first responders, EMTs, healthcare workers, government employees, and teachers. Verify your status through GovX ID to unlock your discount.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
We're always working to reward our loyal customers. Check our website for current promotions, sign up for our email list to be the first to know about deals, and follow us on social media for flash sales and exclusive offers.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Generally, only one discount code can be applied per order. Automatic discounts (like sale prices) may stack with a code in some cases — the discount will be applied automatically at checkout if eligible.
Do you price match?
We work hard to offer competitive pricing every day. We do not currently offer a formal price match guarantee, but our goal is always to give you real value without the big-box markup. If you find a significantly lower price on an identical item, feel free to reach out — we'll do our best.

What personal information do you collect?
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, shipping address, payment details) and information collected automatically (browsing behavior, device type, cookies). This data is used to process orders, improve our site, and communicate with you. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Do you sell my personal information?
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We may share data with advertising partners for targeted advertising, which some US state privacy laws define as a "sale" or "sharing." You have the right to opt out. Visit our Your Privacy Choices page to exercise that right.
How do I opt out of targeted advertising?
Visit our Your Privacy Choices page and follow the opt-out instructions. You can also enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as an opt-out request where applicable under US state privacy laws.
What are cookies and how do you use them?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our site. We use first-party cookies to keep your cart active and make the site function properly, and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising. Is my payment information stored on your site?
No. We do not store full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card information is encrypted and processed securely.
How do I request deletion of my personal data?
You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@pricelows.com with the subject line DATA DELETION REQUEST. We will process your request in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Note that some data may be retained for legal or fraud prevention purposes.
Do you comply with GDPR and US state privacy laws?

What kinds of products do you sell?
PriceLows™ carries products across three core categories: The Home (household essentials, décor, organization, kitchen), The Yard (outdoor, garden, lawn care, patio), and The Garage (tools, storage, automotive accessories). Every product is selected with one question in mind: Would we buy this for our own family?
Are your products brand new?
Yes. All products sold on PriceLows™ are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. We do not sell used, refurbished, or open-box items without clear disclosure.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it will be noted in the product listing. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us at support@pricelows.com and we'll help point you in the right direction.
A product I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Inventory levels change frequently. If a product is out of stock, check back soon or contact us at support@pricelows.com to ask about restock timelines. We'll do our best to give you an honest answer.
Are product images accurate to what I'll receive?
We do our best to display accurate product images. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. If you receive something that looks significantly different from what was shown, contact us — we'll make it right.
Do you carry products from specific brands?
Our catalog includes products from a variety of manufacturers and suppliers. Brand names, trademarks, and logos appearing on our site belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not imply endorsement or affiliation with PriceLows™ unless expressly stated.
