Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required and no login needed.

To exercise this right, please use the contact form below to send us your withdrawal request. You do not need to create an account or log in to submit a request.

After submitting your request, you must return the goods within 14 days. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs — no prepaid labels are provided.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: opened hygiene or safety products, custom or personalised items, and digital downloads once access has been granted.
