File a Shipping Insurance Claim

If your order was lost, stolen, damaged, or fell victim to porch pirates, you may be eligible to file a claim — provided you purchased shipping insurance at the time of your order.


What's Covered

  • Theft & Porch Pirates — Items confirmed stolen from your delivery location
  • Package Loss — Orders that never arrived and cannot be located by the carrier
  • Damage in Transit — Items that arrived broken or unusable due to shipping damage

Please note: Insurance coverage is only available if you opted in to shipping insurance at the time of purchase. Claims submitted without insurance coverage will not be processed.


How to File a Claim

Please have the following information ready before submitting:

  • Order Number — Found in your confirmation email 
  • Full Name — As it appears on your order
  • Email Address — Used at the time of purchase
  • Shipping Address — The delivery address on your order
  • Description of Issue — Lost, stolen, damaged, or porch pirate theft
  • Supporting Documentation — Photos of damage, carrier notifications, or any relevant evidence

In cases involving theft, we reserve the right to request a copy of a police report before processing your claim.


Claim Processing & Payout

Once all required information has been submitted and verified, insurance payouts are processed within approximately 14–20 business days. You will be contacted via email with updates on your claim status.
