Shipping Policy – PriceLows™
By placing an order with PriceLows™, you agree to the shipping timeframes, delivery terms, and conditions outlined below, including carrier delays, customs processing, and address responsibility.
Thank you for shopping with PriceLows™. We are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining reliable service worldwide.
Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be extended. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland: approximately 7–10 business days
- Other international destinations: approximately 7–15 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 8–20 business days, including processing and shipping.
Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
We offer free standard shipping on most orders.
Additional shipping fees may apply for certain products, shipping methods, or destinations and will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide depending on product availability and destination. We work with trusted international carriers and local delivery partners.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates typically become active within 24–72 hours after dispatch.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
We pay for these fees. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections or import procedures
- Postal carrier delays or backlogs
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Holidays or peak shopping periods
- Trade regulations, tariffs, or border restrictions
Such delays do not qualify as defects, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
- We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun
- We cannot modify orders after shipment
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds and may only qualify for store credit at our discretion.
We do not guarantee delivery to PO Boxes. Customers are advised to provide a valid residential or business address to avoid delivery issues.
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier. Such cases are not eligible for refunds and may only qualify for store credit at our discretion.
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to claim the package
- Unpaid customs duties or taxes
- Refusal of delivery
Any return shipping costs, customs fees, or carrier charges will be deducted from any issued store credit.
If the package is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority, the order is not eligible for refund or replacement.
All returns are issued as store credit only, except in cases where items are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
For defective or damaged items, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund where required in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within the applicable return window and provide clear photo evidence of the product and packaging.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated in writing. Customers are advised to place orders in advance for time-sensitive occasions.
Extra-large packages may take up to 30 days to deliver due to customs and transit time.

Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to carriers or customs
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
- Orders cannot be canceled after shipment
- Packages marked as delivered are considered fulfilled
- Returned, refused, or unclaimed shipments may reduce or void store credit eligibility
- All returns are issued as store credit unless the item is defective or damaged
- All support emails must include Name and Order # in the subject line; otherwise they may be treated as spam
