Important Order Information: Due to a dramatic increase in online consumer fraud, we have been forced to implement the following measures. Bad apples ruin it for everyone.
By placing an order with us, you agree to our shipping, return, refund, cancellation, and delivery terms. Please review the information below before purchasing.
By placing an order on PriceLows™, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Window (3 Days)
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
We accept returns ONLY for items that are:

Defective

Damaged upon arrival

Incorrect (wrong item received or wrong size)
To request a return, contact support@pricelows.com with:

Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and not processed.
Strict Non-Return Policy (No-Fault Situations)
Due to increasing online fraud, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Buyer's remorse

Incorrect product selection

Failure to read product details or policies

Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors

Refused, missed, or abandoned deliveries
Refund Method (Store Credit Only)
All approved returns, cancellations, or claims are issued as store credit only:

Store credit is non-expiring

No cash, card, or original payment refunds will be issued
Return Shipping
If your claim is approved:

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided

Items must be returned exactly as instructed
Failure to follow return instructions may result in denial of credit.
Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
No-fault cancellations (duplicate orders, change of mind, etc.):

Subject to a $15 restocking fee if accepted

Issued as store credit only
Delivery & Shipping Acknowledgement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Delays caused by customs, carriers, or global logistics are outside our control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Orders with incorrect addresses or delivery issues caused by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Deny any return that does not meet our criteria

Refuse service to customers exhibiting abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious behavior
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time due to changes in fraud trends, logistics, or operational requirements.
